The status of a full member of the Academy can be given to actively working scientists, usually having the doctor’s degree. Creative activity should be confirmed with scientific publications over the recent five years, and with a letter of recommendation from either the Academy branch directorship, or a member of the Academy Presidium. The same requirements are imposed on the Academy members from abroad.
